Crucially, Aiphotography.app does not use your uploaded raw product images or the generated final images to train our public AI models or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

Account and Contact Details

  • Contact details: We collect your contact information, such as your first and last name, business email address, and company details.
  • Financial information: We collect data necessary for payment, including for invoicing purposes, such as your billing details and credit card number (processed by a secure third-party payment provider).

Communications

When communicating with Aiphotography.app (via email or chat), we collect and process written communications for improving Services, quality control, fraud detection, and legal purposes. Collected communications are kept for a limited time and automatically deleted unless a legitimate interest requires longer retention.

C. Analyze the use of Services: We monitor usage history and volume to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service (ToS) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

D. Customer Service: To provide you with technical support and customer success services, such as responding to your requests and providing best practices.

E. Marketing/Communications: To send our newsletter, marketing communications, and updates about new features or offers. We always include an unsubscribe link in direct marketing emails.

F. Security, Fraud Detection, and Prevention: We analyze usage patterns, IP addresses, and media inputs to prevent fraudulent, illegal, or infringing activities, including misuse of the AI generation tools.

G. Analytics and Research: We use the information to conduct research and analysis to assess business needs, improve our Services, and refine our marketing efforts. Results of such research may be shared in an anonymous, aggregated form.
